Mothercare, a British company, Mothercare is a leading retailer of quality mother and baby products. With over 220 stores in the UK and more than 300 international stores across Europe, Middle East and Far East and now 6 stores in Thailand, imported by 3LN Company Limited. We are now seeking for :
Personal Assistant to MD
Qualification:
Male / Female
Bachelors degree in any field
At least 3 years experience (in airline ticketing or tour agency will be advantage)
Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Can communicate effectively verbally, listening and in writing in both Thai and English
Responsibilities :
Assist the Managing Director in dealing with third parties and handling personal matters, including travel arrangement
Act as a central call center, receiving all incoming calls, email, faxes & post, and resolve issues as appropriate
Compile the VIP clients data and send messages to them upon promotional periods
Compile the daily, weekly & monthly sales report for internal & external communication
Manage advertising schedule
Order and maintain stationery and office supplies
Perform other assignments as required by the MD
