Responsibilities
• Develop business opportunities for all corporate solutions businesses which include Group, Pension, Worksite Marketing and Credit Life with aim to achieve sales targets for the company through the identification and attraction of new markets and customers and also to manage all existing database to assess the market opportunity for cross-selling activities.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities to extend and develop the company's customer and profit base. Direct research into new business opportunities through all available databases including analyze, maintain and update the corporate database.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers to achieve growth objectives. Liaise with marketing and sales staff in each business unit to ensure new business opportunities are identified and followed through.
• Work closely with corporate executives and senior management to develop proposals that convey a customized approach to all business pursuits. Act as a focal point for the collection of information from various sources
• Develop strategic plans to achieve new business targets and assist in the development of marketing plans for all new and existing products.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses of new business achievements, opportunities and targets.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance & Insurance or related fields 2. At least 3 years solid sales and marketing experience, preferably in financial services and insurance. 3. Proven and strong marketing and sales experiences required. 4. Results focused, with a sales track record of achievement. 5. Leadership and communication skill 6. Proficient with all MS Office application: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
