Job Description:
• Responsible for planning, creation, coordination and implementation of CRM initiatives, promotion programs and loyalty programs for member category to retain and promote loyalty among Amway’s Business Owner, Members and consumers.
• Liaison with external vendors and suppliers to source product and services.
• Work closely with Data Analyst to analyze data and derive opportunities.
• Work with the regional and global team to get CRM plans alighted
• Control budget to be used each year.
Qualifications:
• Male or female, age 28 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information System or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in CRM or Marketing.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, high commitment and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
• Experienced in sourcing Privileges from 3rd party or vendor is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
