ลักษณะงาน Plan farm activities and managing 8 farm workers in planting, cultivating, spraying pesticide, irrigating, supplying fertilizers and harvesting vegetable crops of 20 hectares of open field for breeding team in Chiang Rai station
Support farming activities to other team (Pathology and Foundation) upon requested.
Applies sprays, chemicals and other treatments according to instructions using tractor
Closely work with another farm technician in operating farm vehicles and specialized farm equipments in farm preparation of 20 hectares of land.
Provide weekly and monthly updates to Farm executive and station manager
Trains new employees in farming techniques such as watering, transplanting and weeding, and grading and packaging activities.
Ensure the farm team member wear personal safety equipments and follow safety procedures.
Alerting maintenance technician to any equipments in need of immediate repairs

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. 3 year experience in planning the farming activities and managing farm workers
2. Hold a valid driver license Hold a valid driver license
