ลักษณะงาน
FINISHED SEED DELIVERY: handling 5 major responsibilities
 Manage domestic to match customers/vendors demand.
 Manage returned seed receiving process together with Warehouse team.
 Manage finished seed information: sales vs. Inventory. Work with Warehouse and Plant OPS in case if seed shortage occurs.
 Prepare transportation to deliver finished seed to/from customers/dealers by working with external vendors.
 Control budget under responsibility.
BUSINESS PRIORITY
Domestic seed orders
 Select seed by batch number and overall quality information to match market demand and Plant-On-Ground(POG).
 Create Load Order(LO) in SAP and shipment for loading after Customer OPS creates order from Sales OPS.
 Work with transportation vendors to arrange transportation to ship finished seed to customers/vendors.
 Receive Delivery Order(DO) after signed by customers/dealers, post invoice and arrange document for payment process with Finance.
 Create compensation orders or demonstration seed orders as requested by Sales OPS, TD and QA.
Returned seed management
 Create Return Order(RT), arrange transportation to pick up returned seed from customers/dealers.
 After receiving returned seed at MONSANTOs warehouse, work together with Warehouse OPS to check quantity and post credit note.
Reporting.
 Summarize weekly transportation cost and send to Supply Chain Supervisor for approval before sending to Finance.
 Create monthly sales report and submit to Supply Chain Supervisor.
Transportation vendors
 Work with transportation vendors regularly to ensure that a driver with truck follows MONSANTOs safety regulation.
Budget control
 Control outbound transportation freight of delivering finished seed to customers/dealers within approved budget.
