ลักษณะงาน
- Manage laboratory operations and provide technical support to team on their daily work
- Manage the development, preparation and control of raw materials (clays) quality used in the production
- Monitor in process quality control, related laboratory tests and improvement
- Manage and ensure quality of finished products meet or exceed standards set
- Lead R&D of new product development and cost structure
- Lead development of raw materials with higher quality or lower cost
- Support and work with cross functions teams on new product development, process and product quality improvement
- Prepare annual budget and manage expenditure of the department
- Manage and control equipment/laboratory requirements and laboratory facilities
- Monitor laboratory safety and compliance to recognition and certification of laboratories
- Support Procurement on new raw materials souring and supplier evaluation
- Coach and develop team to achieve their targets and company’s targets.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai national, over 34 years old 2. Bachelor degree in ceramic technology or material science preferred, but not mandatory 3. 10 years working experience in laboratory management 4. Experience in new product development 5. Strong leadership and people management skill 6. Fast learner with curiosity to explore new technology 7. Sound business sense, product costing knowledge 8. Communicate and work effectively with cross function team 9. Proficient in English language
