• Define research requirements
• Determine the appropriate methodology
• Design the sampling frame
• Write the survey questions or interview guide
• Work with Research Analysts to program & field the research
• Analyze results
• Develop PowerPoint reports that help internal clients make effective business decisions
• Develop deep engagement and relationships with internal clients & business partners
• Translate business needs into research designs that answer specific business questions and generate insights that can drive business growth
• Help business partners prioritize research needs and requests
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects with tight deadlines
• Oversee research operations including online survey programming, sample management, and field management
• Data analysis and significance testing using SPSS and Microsoft Excel
• Report development using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Keep the Trading & Cash Management team informed of customer & market trends and insights affecting their business. This will involve keeping abreast of and sharing relevant secondary / syndicated research.
• Coordinate with other Market Research team members and with Analytic team members to identify relevant insights and collaborate on projects.

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Research or Statistics. 2. At least 3 years of experience in market research. 3. Good interpersonal, analytical, and management skills. 4. Good command of both in written and spoken English and Thai. 5. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS.
