ลักษณะงาน
- Sell to customers
- Ensure high standard of customer service is delivered to customer by all staffs
- Greeting every customer with eye contract and sincerely
- Interacting with customer to find out their needs and provide information, suggestion on products
- Interacting with customers and talking their suggestions and recommendations
- Thanking customer for their visits and inviting them to come back
- Perform cashier duties
- Push team to achieve monthly sales target, or more
- Train your staff
- Manage cash / credit sales and expense money
- Deposit cash at the bank every day
- Check turnover envelop at end of day
- Report any issue regarding payment (pending refund, discrepancy in payment breakdown or balance)
- Balance shop petty cash with expense receipts
- Control inventory effectively and ensure inventory shrinkage is zero
- Refill shop stock
- Process all stock movements documents.
- Filling documents for auditing
- Perform daily random stock check-at least 20 SKUs per day
- Perform weekly stock check (whole inventory)
- Report all results to Area Manager
- Order and replenish stock
- Follow plan-o-gram
- Replenish stock, following par stock guidelines, as assigned by Area
Manager
- Maintain shop cleanliness, neatness, temperature&ambiance
- Display POS material according to merchandising plan
- Maintain store visit checklist score of minimum 90 percentage (evaluate by area manager)
- Follow rules and regulations
- Be punctual with work schedule
- Other duties as assigned by Retail Department Management
- Able to transfer to new store when requested
Reporting to Head Office
- Submit set of daily / weekly / monthly report to appropriates (see attached report list)
- Follow daily checklists, for opening and closing duties (including submission of financial and stock report)
- Perform weekly store manager check list

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Sales & Marketing , Business Administration or related field 2. At least 1 year experience in retail shop, Convenient store, shop direct sales and hotel. 3. Knowledge in wine industries will be an advatage 4. Good command of spoken and written English 5. Good personality of spoken and written English 6. Good computer literacy 7. Good communication and management skills
