- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets.
- Reviewing your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Planning and execution of defined business projects in consideration of costs, time and resources.
- Lead and manage company’s corporate sales activity.
- Handle sales activity to meet company targets.
- Coach/develop sales team on selling & service skills, personality, and drive sales to achieve the sales target.
- Conducts daily briefing and de-briefing for Sales & Marketing.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Support and participate in all programs, policies and procedures with special emphasis on the orientation of new employees.
- Maintain business relationships with various corporate community leaders.
- Ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
- Ability to make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with an emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, revenues as well as reducing costs.
- Maximise Sales revenues through Upselling and marketing programmes.
- Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Ensure the proper image is being maintained by all Team Members with respect to grooming and best practice standard.
- Prepare all necessary forecasts of sales for upcoming week, month, or other time period as required.
- Demonstrate ability to set priorities and manage own time and work.
- Proficient in qualitative analysis – market study and SWOT analysis.

1. Male or female, Thai Nationality, aged 23 - 35 years 2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field 3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales function in real estate developer and marketing would be an advantage 4. Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Touch typing skill 5. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations. ability to work effectively under pressure. 6. Fluent in both written & spoken English as business level (TOEIC score 700 up). 7. Strong leadership team management and, Building Relationships skill. Proficiency in social and business connection. 8. Creativity with ability to resolve complaints quickly and effectively and the ability to deal positively with difficult people. 9. Pleasant personality, fast learner, enthusiastic, positive attitude and result oriented.
