ลักษณะงาน
1. Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system
2. Preparation and collection of user’s requirements from various functions, including work flow and business rules
3. Support the implementation of new Life Administration software
4. Understand the role of the system and provides ideas and recommendation regarding the evolution of the system
5. Communicate business issues and suggest appropriate solution
6. Ensure accurate documentation of requirements and up to date
7. Coordinate with project team to prepare test scenarios and perform User Acceptance Test
8. Walkthrough and resolving the problems after implementation.
9. Work under guidance from Project manager in requirement gathering, data analysis, to analyze and design the business processes, and to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai Nationality, 30<40 years old, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field. 2. 8 years of experience in Insurance lines of business: Individual/ Group Life Insurance Business, P&C Personal / Commercial and other lines of Business, Annuities, Reinsurance - Processes and Systems. 3. Be able to work effectively in a multi-party solution delivery team including partners, vendors, clients and internal teams. 4. Ability to work with the technology team to design and deliver enterprise IT solutions. 5. Effectively completed 1 or more Business Process Improvement initiative using a BPM / workflow and/or ECM (enterprise content management / document management system) software / tool. 6. Experience and knowledge of various types SDLC (not restricted to Agile and Waterfall) and requirement gathering methodologies 7. Strong problem solving, communication and time management skills. 8. Very good command of spoken and written English. 9. Willing to travel to other countries like Thailand. Singapore. Indonesia
