ลักษณะงาน
The Sourcing Engineer reports to Regional Sourcing Director. Major tasks are to take crucial part on new production development engineering process and product industrialization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target settings and performance management
- Developing and executing regional action plans
- Developing cost budget proposal
- Monitor to ensure spending are within approved budget
Implementing and securing compliance to company policies, procedures and legal requirements
- Proactively contribute to global sourcing management
- Coach and leading team and support continual development of competencies which are integral to business requirements and accomplishment
- Sponsoring and supporting supplier and category management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or technical related 2. Over 10 years of sourcing experience in multinational retailer or regional sourcing office preferred. 3. 3-5 years of regional sourcing senior management experience in a sizable company 4. Strategic supplier management and Category management experience. 5. Very good command in English
