- Responsible for the smooth operation of check-in and check-out, guest services, guest satisfaction and rectifying any issues that arise.
- Responsible for scheduling the staff and is expected to be knowledgeable and capable of performing all front desk tasks.
- Trains, supervise in the evaluation of front office staff
- To supervise/delegate duties to staff within the section.
- To be concerned with disciplines and staff performance within the section.
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services

1. Male/Female, Non-Specific, Diploma and above in hospitality or related field. 2. 1 or 2 years experienced in front office 3. Be conversant with the Front Office computer systems. 4. Positive Attitude 5. Pleasant personality 6. Good command of English 7. Highly responsible and able to work under pressure 8. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations. 9. Good Relationship & service minded
