ลักษณะงาน • Generate standardized reports related to Service behavior including, monthly report, campaign analysis ,segment monitoring reports
• Create ad-hoc reports upon internal and external request
• Perform data analysis and able to recommend solutions to business partners ensuring improvement in Productivity
• Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
• Develops and delivers effective presentations
• Coaching and developing project team members

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics or another related field
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience as high performing analysts in consulting, business development, data analysis or market research
3. Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability

5. Understand data analytics, visualization, customer insight and market segmentation
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Thai

8. Computer literacy: Excellent in MS Excel, Pivot table, MS Access and Power point
