ลักษณะงาน Responsibility
• Search for potential candidates both normal method and different methods such as direct search, advertising, referral, networking, and using database etc.
• Interview and select prospective candidates for the assigned clients.
• Multitasking on various assignments at one time.
• Business Development for new clients and retain relationship with existing clients.
• Work with supervisor closely on assigned projects and tasks including follow the feedback from the interviews.
• Managing offering process including manage candidate and client’s expectations.
• Provide consultative advices and support client for the entire recruitment process.
• Providing market intelligence information from both internal and external parties.
• Partnering in recruitment activity and provide added value services to key clients.
• Finding top tier passive candidate.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Aged not over 30 years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in business or related fields
3. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment industry with proven achievement record
4. Active with excellent problem solving skills
5. Good command of English and Thai language in both written and spoken
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
7. Good Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
8. Willing to work hard after working hours if necessary
