ลักษณะงาน - Coordinate with assigned clients to ensure of end to end process of email marketing services starting from getting brief of requirement, approval of media, go live and evaluate feedback
- Able to design media in basic functional such as Responsive, Resizable etc
- Building, testing and deploying multi channels marketing campaigns (email/SMS/social marketing software.)
- Able to coordinate with related party to setup automated campaigns and complex forms
- Able to develop a custom script to meet the clients' requirement with specific standard timeline and within budget
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Age not over 35 years old
 2. Min 3 years of experiences in Email marketing or related marketing in any industry preferably Financial services, Hotel, Hospitality, Retail and E-commerce and Min 2 years of sales experiences in acquiring new business or retaining existing clients
 3. Min 2 years of sales experiences in acquiring new business or retaining existing clients
 4. Direct experience of using email/SMS/social marketing software is preferable
 5. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL
 6. Exposure to databases and query tools like MS SQL and Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel for managing data and performing quantitative analysis
 7. Basic knowledge Web or graphics design experience (ie. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks)
 8. Good problem solving and coordination
 9. Sense of responsibilities and hands on

ACCOUNT MAANGEMENT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
50%
- Key Account Management for maintain relationship and upsell
- Acquire new business partners for sales target
- Setup automated programs, data automation, triggered campaigns and setup complex forms.
- Is familiar with Event Exports and API to assist clients and/or 3rd party vendors
- Develop custom scripts to meet the clients' need.
- Manage projects thoroughly within timeframes and within budget. Should highlight direct report line and team members beforehand if project is not moving as suggested.
- Interact with clients on a daily basis to answer questions regarding the multi channels marketing platform via phone, email, web
- Resolve client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution

TROUBLESHOOT
10%
- Able to understand the application thoroughly to be able to troubleshoot
- Work with Account Manager to understand the issue and help find workaround
- Alias with Tech for bugs. Update team members on ongoing ticket

SETUP
20%
- Understand technical requirements and design/execute campaign by coding HTML emails, and utilizing image slices provided by client;
- Manage our clients' subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted multi-channels campaigns;
- Provide correct segmentation logic to target correct audience.
- Able to setup add-on solution to multi-channels platform, including 3rd party add on.

TEST & EXECUTE
10%
- Conduct thorough internal testing to ensure that images have been loaded properly, links are working, email can be accessed across multiple browsers;
- Provide test email to client to enable testing on client site;
- Work with client to overcome any identified issues, and obtain approval for deployment from client;
- Deploy campaigns on multi-channels platform

INTERPRET RESULTS OF CAMPAIGN
10%
- Analyze data and provide a weekly report to the client which interprets results of multi-channels campaigns
- Come up with strategies to help clients build and improve marketing campaigns
- Able to interpret reporting from add-on solution to multi-channels platform including 3rd party add on
