ลักษณะงาน - Produce wedding event from the preplanning stages to post-analysis and ensure that all delivering events exceed expectations within time frames and budget. This work includes: discussing requirements and budget, making suggestions, coming up with new ideas, negotiating prices with suppliers, and dealing with paperwork.
- Ensure to meet up all Event Organizers, VIPs or PCO's upon arrival or during the course of the event to discuss and find opportunities to enhance their experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensures billing accuracy and conducts bill reviews with the clients prior to processing the final bill.
- Solicits feedback from the property departments and customer to identify areas for improvement to enhance the Event Planner's experience and emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
- Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees
- Coordinates and communicates event details both verbally and in writing to the customer and property operations
- Works to continually improve customer service by integrating obtained feedback and personal judgment into action plans.
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently and being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
- Ability in identifying operational challenges associated with his/her group and determines how to best work with the property staff and customer to solve these challenges\ and/or develop alternative solutions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Age not over 33 years with Bachelor's Degree in any field
 2. Min 5 years' experience in wedding management and at least 2 years in management with proven achievement
 3. Having up-to-date knowledge of wedding trends, Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
 4. Requirement of excellent sales, negotiation, strong intrapersonal skills with effectively communicate strategies, ideas, results and analytics to all levels of internal team.
 5. Ability to work under own initiative with pro-active attitude, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, use initiative and multi-task
 6. Positive attitude and self-starting with commitment to achieve target.
 7. Fluent spoken and written English.
 8. Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint/ Excel and Hotel program.
 9. Excellent time management and organizational skills, Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
