ลักษณะงาน
Job Description:
• Responsible for developing, transforming and coaching all Bancassurance sales skills and products to the Bancassurance Team, Sales Units and Branch Network including the Branch Managers and Area/Regional Managers, both in classroom and onsite (handholding & field observation)
• Delivery of customized and innovative trainings are based on the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coaching, relating to Bancassurance alliance for return on learning & change of behavior after the workshops
• Worked with the Sales Team (IS, RMs, CRMs, CROs) and BDMs, identify learning gaps of the individual and groups after the training delivery to ensure knowledge and skills application, as well as working with the Branch Managers, Area and Regional Managers to influence and effectively manage sales activities in branches (productivity tracking).
• Maintain relationships with internal/ external customers/ stakeholders/ vendors within the Bancassurance space namely: Line Managers, Training Service Providers and Curriculum Developer
• Ensure smooth delivery and facilitation of Bancassurance training events across various Business Units and geographic locations on time every time.

1. A University degree with specialization in Insurance, Banking, Finance or Business Management; Master’s Degree is preferred 2. At least 3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, 1 year or more of which must have sales or trainer’s or coaching experience in a Bank or an Insurance Company, Insurance intermediary in training, sales & service 3. Have an in-depth understanding or working knowledge of life insurance products and/or sales & leadership training 4. Excellent communication and presentation facilitation skills (English & Thai). 5. Flexibility of travel is a requirement 6. Capacity to work with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines and demands of the job. 7. Excellent people management; innovative and motivating attitude. Passionate in driving paradigm shift and be change agent 8. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders 9. Excellent planning, problem solving and creative thinking skills
