ลักษณะงาน • Assist and maintain all automated scheduling, tracking tape management and ATM monitoring systems and duties
• Coordinate with support staff, vendors and branches to maintain high availability for the network and computer systems relating to ATM, as well as to facilitate any new installs, moves or updates
• Assist branch staff with replenishments, troubleshooting hardware/software terminal issues and resolving ATM outages
• Notify appropriate staff and vendors of any ATMs breakdown events
• Provide support to technicians in the field having issues bringing any ATM back to a live State
• Perform duties as required to support Business Recovery preparation, testing and execution

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor or higher in IT, Information Systems (or related area)
2. 1 – 5 years ATM operations and monitoring experience
3. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office products
4. Possess basic knowledge of computer systems, ATM networks, database software and Internet software
