- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandise to the company's standards.
- Control the inventory movement.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Supporting and Consulting retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
- Manage, motivate and train sales team on product know ledge and concept
- Handel customer questions, complaints, and issues
- Supporting other project assignments related to Sales manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai nationality, Female 2. Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field 3. A lease 3 years of experiences in Retail and Sales management 4. Strong operations and communication skills 5. Have good problem solving skill 6. Must have direct experience in retail business from counter brand cosmetics or similar industry would be preferable 7. Mature, proactive, highly responsible, adaptable and results-oriented 8. High skill in people management
