Control and manage the insurance of policy, membership card and applications. • To be responsible for the policies issuance and its productions related; membership card and all related documentation correctly and on time in accordance with agreed service target levels. • To issue and control membership card for the customers and ensure that the premiums are made by the customers. • To update member records with accuracy. • To process the add-in, upgrading member and member’s deletion during the policy year and policy endorsement issuance. • To issue Invoice or credit note and send to customer within SLA to meet the customer’s cycle billing period. • Support the Manager for implementation of effective policy operations processes. • Keep detailed and accurate records of policies in system. • Liaise with all teams to smoothen the policy issuance processes. • Manage and prepared the report to the Manager. • Assist with projects, develop ad hoc reports, and perform other program related duties as assigned by Manager.

1. Male or Female, age between 30-45 years. 2. Bachelor degree in any related fields 3. 3-5 years’ experience in insurance business and policy administration 4. Able to work in commercial environment and fast moving business 5. Self-motivated, result oriented, ability to work under pressure 6. Passionate about people, customer and result 7. On-track behavior and Can Do attitude
