ลักษณะงาน Responsibilities:
• Acts as a Business Partner to top management and his/her team on all HR issues and their resolutions
• Member of local leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the people initiatives that drive the country’s business results
• Provides Strategic expertise to local leadership on developing people
• Drives the talent management and people plan for business growth
• Develops and executes best employer image

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Science or any relates discipline
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR management capacity in a large multinational environment; especially in learning and development
3. Good command of spoken and written in English. Must have good computer literacy skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels highly energetic and results oriented
5. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
6. Proven leadership and ability to work well independently and with in a team environment Self-motivation, team spirit, positive attitude and strong leadership
7. Ability to work independently. Has an analytical approach to problem solving
