Responsibilities:
• Monitor, coordinate and manage welfare programs, Insurance, Social Security, and related matters upon the requirement.
• Prepare and monitor some fundamental reports of HR to have a value information be ready to support when needed from business request that include Manpower working hours, OT monitor, Leave, training record and HR database.
• Provide analysis on HR budget and expense.
• Perform as a contact person on employee relation matters of entire organization.
• Responsible for other HR administrative tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Experience in HR role 3-5 years with background in C&B/benefits analysis. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 4. Good command of English. 5. Enthusiastic, independent and analytical thinking.
