Job Purpose:
To manage the appraisal unit for all type of channels which are Contracted, Dealers and Non Contracted Garages to achieve the target.
Responsibilities:
• To analyze, advise, train, coaches and improve appraiser’s performances / KPI and plans / supports their action plans for achieving target
• Advise and explain related appraisal details to related parties
• Work closely with internal and external parties regarding to technical appraisal matters
• Review technical appraisal to ensure that fair to all related parties with transparency and process with effective and efficiency
• Set up the centralized of appraisal for all channels which are Contracted, Dealers and Non Contracted Garages as planned
• Study, design and implement for appraisal by Claims Adjuster/Appraiser
• Search for any new techniques, technology and innovation for appraisal improvement

1. Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering or related field 2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in automobile insurance business 3. Prior project management experience 4. Strong leadership, problem solving and troubleshooting skill with good decision making 5. Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and objectives 6. Good in English communication skills – written, oral, interpersonal
