Responsibilities:
• Hunt new business 100% for both air and sea freight including domestic service i.e. customs clearance, transportation, 3 PL if opportunities are available
• Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities, through both personal and collaborative selling efforts
• Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organization, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
• Demonstrate ability to handle most common customer objections, and difficulties
• Prospect, Cold Call and develop new business relationships/customer accounts
• Expert at quantifying solutions and profitably securing business relationships
• Manage Appointments, account activity and sales calls through the use of CRM system
• Provide consultation to customers regarding use of technology to drive supply chain optimization
• Market and leverage company’s service and global network resources to ensure best solution, pricing and support for customers.
• Work collaboratively with local and overseas team to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

1. Thai nationality with bachelor’s degree in related field. 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in freight forwarder business (Air/Sea) 3. Strong sales experience with a proven track record of account management and growth. 4. Problem solving & decision making, accountability & responsibility. 5. Good communication, negotiation skill, hardworking & Teamwork. 6. Good command of English.
