ลักษณะงาน Responsibilities:
• Conduct and/or manage external legal advisor in legal services and due diligence process.
• Provide an advice, identify legal issue on the structure of merger & acquisition and divestment, and any change of interest (excluding any advice on taxation laws)
• Prepare and negotiate the transaction documents including shareholders agreement and ensure that the key transaction agreements be implemented correctly.
• Handle the full range of regulatory filing and approvals with respect to the transactions.
• Deal with regulators and authorities and ensure that the group follow the regulations of mergers and acquisitions and divestment and any change of interest to prevent legal liabilities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Age over 43 years old.
2. Possess working background from in-house and law firms.
3. At least 15 years of work experience in legal practices.
4. Strong of M&A concept (International perspectives)
5. Excellent command of English.
