- Handling hotel bookings by phone and in person.
- Handling email, letter, fax and face-to-face communication.
- Completing procedures for daily check-in and check-out.
- Preparing bills and taking payments.
-Handling special requests (restaurant reservations, tours, birthday cakes )
- Handling guest complaints and providing favorable solution for the guest.

1. Male or Female. 2. A Good communication skill in English both written and spoken is required. 3. Speaking a third language would be an advantage 4. A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related fields is required and a previous experience in Hotel / Travel industry experience would be an advantage.
