คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male or female, age between 30-42 years
2. Master Degree in MBA., HRM, Organizational Development, or related field and hold also Bachelor's degree with GPA >3.0
3. At least 5-7 years experience in an HR management role
4. Experience with strategic and business planning processes and modern HR tools
5. Leads with a mindset of continuous improvement
6. Adapts quickly to change, facilitates change processes and encourages others to make change happen
7. Experience working for a multinational organization is advantaged
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
9. Good computer skill, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet and E-Mail and HRIS
