To gather network project requirement and needs from customer, and propose the solution along with design to customer through a consultative approach.
Install and commisioning network equipment and delivery an acceptance document to customer.
To provide technical support for maintenance contract and projects under warranty.
To perform troubleshooting, resolve technical issues, and escalate the issue to vendor support team while retain ownership of customer issues until it is completely resolved and accepted by another individual.
To perform professional services tasks as required.
Support to Telecommunication Service Provider with complicated network system
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or other computer/IT related fields.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical implementation, deployment, support, design, consultation and troubleshooting of network solution system.
3. Strong skill and knowledge in computer network, network protocol, routing fundamental, computer/network security, system configuration which includes wireless, switch, firewall, router, proxy and server configuration.
4. Experience in deployment and design of Juniper network product.
5. Possess some specialist/expert level certifications from vendor or well known organization in network area such as CCNP, CCNA, JNCIA etc will preferable.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work along well with experts from overseas.
7. Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation.
8. Good command of both spoken and written English is a plus.
