Job Description
To maximize the sales opportunities and the profitability of your store, and to follow up on the results. Responsible for achieving shrinkage goals and for the establishment and implementation of both new and existing loss prevention procedures.
To ensure the highest possible level of customer service and make sure the visual merchandising is executed according to our guidelines
Work with Western Management to establish and achieve sales and margin goals, develop operating budgets and monitor performance.
Partner with the Visual Presentation team in regard to merchandise presentation.
Identify potential improvement in store operations and merchandise flow to maximize the department’s performance.
Responsible for the recruitment , selection, training and supervision of staff to maximize sales and profit performance.
Coach and mentor staff to implement initiatives that support exceptional customer service standards.
Directs the execution of brand’s promotional strategies and program, assuring that they support the execution of brand’s sales and profit objective.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 26ปี ขึ้นไป
2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.หรือ อนุปริญญา
3. บุคลิกดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีใจรักในงานบริการและงานขาย
4. สามารถบริหารคนและงานในร้านได้
5. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ มีความขยัน อดทน ทุ่มเทในงาน
6. สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ได้ มีวันหยุดให้ 1 วัน / สัปดาห์
7. หากมีประสบการณ์การบริหารร้าน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
8. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย รองเท้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
9. สามารถพูด ฟัง ภาษาอังกฤษได้ (สื่อสารได้พอควร)
