Job Responsibilities:-
1.The Assistant Managers will work on floor in the shop and start learning sales associate’s duties at the beginning level.
2.You will be responsible for merchandising and managing day-to-day operations of your section, leading and driving a sales team to achieve predetermined sales targets and meeting customer service standards.
3.Provide excellent customer service on all levels
4.Follow up on sales goals and budgets to optimise profit
5.Ensure all store activities live up to standards.

1.ดูแลบริหารจัดการทีมขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
2.ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานในร้าน
3.ควบคุมดูแลทีมขายและรับผิดชอบงานส่วนต่างๆของร้าน
4.บริหารการขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
5.ทำรายงานการขายและยอดขาย
6.งานอื่นๆ
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 26ปี ขึ้นไป
2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.หรือ อนุปริญญา
3. Being fair, empathetic and committed to both the business and the well-being of your team
4. A great drive and result driven attitude
5. Ability to communicate expectations and information to your team
6. สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ได้ มีวันหยุดให้ 1 วัน / สัปดาห์
7. หากมีประสบการณ์การบริหารร้าน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
8. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย รองเท้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
9. สามารถพูด ฟัง ภาษาอังกฤษได้ (สื่อสารได้พอควร)
