หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
Managing structural change within a team and keeping up with flow business
Devising and implementing strategies and solutions to optimize team workflow
Coaching team members to operate within a controlled environment
Overlooking distribution and allocation of cases amongst the team
Supervising junior lawyers and admins workflow
Conducting one to one reviews with lawyers and admin team
Understanding commercial issues within legal documents and agreements
Negotiating service level agreements and commercial agreements with counterparties and lawyers
Building competitive pricing schemes for legal services
Developing new business
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Thai National, aged not over 40 years old
2. Bachelor Degree or higher in Laws, Accounting, Business Administration or Management
3. Minimum 5 years' experience in business management or administration
4. Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Good command both writing and reading in English
6. Strong analytical problem solving and time management skill
7. Computer literacy
