ลักษณะงาน
- Provide technical and operational support to ensure that client support expectations are met through first and second level problem determination and resolution efforts.
- Respond to Japanese users? concerns via telephone, e-mail, face to face promptly and efficiently.
- Accurately log all Helpdesk-related information such as Issue Details, Issue Handling History, and User Contact Info.
- Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the Help Desk area.
- Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned by upper level.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. - Thai or Non-Thai nationality, Male or Female, age between 21 - 26 years. - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer or related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Computer , Business Administration or related fields.
2. - Experience between 1 - 4 years and/or New graduated is also welcome.
3. - Experience in IT Support, Call Center or other related fields.
4. - Experience in telephone support of external customers in resolving the specific problems will be advantage.
5. - Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution (troubleshooting).
6. - Have negotiation skill, communication skill, serviced mind, initiative and logical thinking.
7. - Good team player, good problem solving.
8. - **Excellent in Listening, Speaking and Writing English and Japanese (JLPTN2-N1)**
9. - **Ability to work as shift & flexible hours (Including weekend / public holiday and rotation shifts)**
