ลักษณะงาน 1. Provide operational support to
ensure that client support expectations are met
through first and second level problem
determination and resolution efforts.
2. Respond to users concerns via telephone, e-mail,
facsimile, or video conference.
3. Accurately log all Helpdesk-related information
such as Issue Details, Issue Handling History, and
User Contact Info.
4. Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the
Help Desk area.
5. Perform other functions or projects, which may be
assigned by the Support Specialist, Manager, or
Coordinator.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Thai or Non-Thai nationality, Male or Female, age between 22-27 years.
 2. Bachelor degree
 3. Experience between 0-3 years and/or New graduated is also welcome.
 4. Experience in telephone support of external customers in resolving the specific
 5.  Experience in IT Support, Call Center or other related filed.
 6. Experience in telephone support of external customers in resolving the specific problems will be advantage.
 7. Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and IT Applications.
 8. Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution
 9. ? **Good in Listening, Speaking and Writing English**
