ลักษณะงาน
- Hands on die bonding or wire bonding equipment of high precision,
- Supervises a team of professionals to install, buy off, set-up and program specific application,
- Leads team to conduct Lean-Sigma Projects for problem solving and yield improvement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Minimum 5 years working experience in die attachment or wire bond area for ceramic, PLC substrates, or COB areas.
2. Working experience in Gold Box Optical Assembly preferred.
3. Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering,
4. Good analytical and supervisory skills, positive thinking, self motivated, and team player.
5. Result-oriented, hard-working, and reliable person.
6. Computer literacy
7. Good command of written and spoken English.
