ลักษณะงาน • Handle business expansion and client relationship development (modern trade, dealer and Horeca channels).
• Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales targets and also ensure that the strategies are aligned with the company's vision and direction.
• Develop excellent long-term partnerships and relationships with all key customers to maximize business growth potential and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team and provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities to subordinates.
• Support Sales for product presentation, sales kits and promotional activities.
• Compile sales and market information and prepare weekly, monthly sales reports for management
• Provide timely and accurate information on competitor pricing & activities and setting a proactive strategy to react appropriately while striving to maintain maximum profit margins
• Propose annual budget and manage expenses under area of responsibilities
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
 2. Having a minimum of 10 years experience in sales or key account management, particularly in the lifestyle or consumer products industry
 3. Strong leadership, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and a passion for winning
 4. Good presentation and negotiation skills
 5. Strategic thinking, results-oriented, dynamic and demonstrating a high level of initiative
 6. Able to build and maintain relationships with customers
 7. Good communication in English
