* Directing a team of fitness staff to achieve company sales targets and service goals
*Providing sales training, coaching and team building activities
*Working closely with the sales & operation teams to maintain service standard
*Checked & maintained areas, equipment and supplies in safe manner
*Monitoring closely on the new development of fitness technology and make relevant suggestions to the Management
*Designing and executing ad hoc projects that may be required by the Management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Female
2. Bachelor degree in sport science or Physical education
3. A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience with 2 years' at managerial level
4. Knowledge of and experience in communicating physiology principles as related to all-rounded fitness programs
5. Excellent communication and organization
6. Excellent written and spoken English
