To manage the operations of the Reception Department by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provide to all guests according to the YUNOMORI ONSEN & SPA’s business objectives
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor degree in any field ปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้
2. New Graduated are welcome or Have experience รับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือมีประสบการณ์
3. If have experience in receptionist, customer service, GSA in hotel or business related,it will be advantage. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์งานด้านบริการลูกค้า พนักงานต้อนรับ หรือ GSA ของโรงแรมหรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. Excellent in English speaking. (Japanese,Chinese,Russian Language, it will be advantage) สื่อสาภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ถ้าได้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น ภาษาจีน หรือ ภาษารัสเซีย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
5. Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
6. Good interpersonal skills, service mind, good attitude ทักษะการประสานงาน,ใจรักงานบริการและทัศนคติดี
7. Able to work in shift schedule ( Day off 6 day/month) สามารถเข้างานกะได้ (มีวันหยุด 6 วันต่อเดือน)
