Successful candidate will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, controlling and closure of the assigned project.
• Research and provide solutions, methodologies, strategies, or change initiatives for improving the operational process both in terms of increasing efficiency, minimizing operation risk, and ensure the procedure will meet the desire service level agreement (SLA)
• Ensure success of the actual implementation of those improvement opportunities
• Establish problem timeline ensuring that the project is completed in a timely manner
• Develop or identify an implementation methodology that allows the project team to work effectively over different operational processes within the bank
• Establish and maintain a smooth communication and interaction between the project team members and the team owner of the operation process
• Ensure records are kept/documented for all tasks
• Support additional tasks or project that may be assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Graduate with proven record of 2-3 years working experience in project management
2. Familiarity with project management tools and / or software packages
3. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
4. Adaptive and responsive to rapid changes in environment and priorities
5. Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
