ลักษณะงาน
• Prepare and assemble all documents as necessary for imports and exports.
• Handle with export & import trade settlement, such as T/T, L/C, T/R documentations
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping company, freight forwarder, and bank
• Obtain freight quotation and/or import licenses when necessary
• Ensure that shipments will be on schedule as needed
• Handle claims with insurance company
• Handle import duty drawback
• Responsible for cost calculation and expense management
• All other duties that are assigned by manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Age 25 - 35 years, Thai nationality only. Bachelor’s Degree in English, International Business, or any related fields
2. At least 3-5 years experiences in Import-Export and Custom Clearance. Having knowledge in L/C , shipping procedures and processing shipping documents
3. Having Knowledge in obtaining License Per Invoice (LPI) through NSW system
4. Able to work with multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure to meet demanding deadline
5. Detail-oriented, follow up skills, organized and able to prioritize tasks
6. Strong interpersonal skills, decision making and problem-solving skills
7. Good command of English, Chinese is a plus
8. Computer literacy
9. Experience in food industry is a plus
