ลักษณะงาน
- Responsibilities include: establish, track and maintain the software testing project plan and schedule;
- Facilitate team members to achieve its goals by providing objective guidance;
- Manage and coach team members to design and implement Software product tests and systems tests (both software and hardware) in accordance with Software testing standards;
- Produce system drawings (network, configuration, as-build drawings);
- Develop software test plans from functional specifications, include testing and creating documentation process; and ensure the Software' products and systems under your responsibility are backed up and recovery tested and have a current and tested Business Continuity Plan.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
2. 3-5 years' experience in project and staff management, and 2-5 years' experience in structured software testing methodologies
3. Good command of written and spoken English
4. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
5. Initiative and willingness to learn; a team player
6. Very good communications, coordinating, and human relations skills
7. Energetic and able to work in dynamic environments
8. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
9. Great enthusiasm and communication in obtaining results
