Assistant Sales Manager – MT / TT Channel

ลักษณะงาน Responsibilities:
• Establish sales strategies to ensure achieve sales and company target
• Analyze market information and trend; identify new opportunity in order to increase sales revenue
• Monitor category and product performance versus targets, to ensure achievement of business
• Work closely with Merchandising team, ensure promotion compliance & in-store execution excellence
• Perform demand planning by using historical data and activity plan by account
• Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales performance
• Maintain strong relationship with partner
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receiving and resolving customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or related field
 2. More than 5 years’ sales experience in FMCG business
 3. Experience in sales / key account management HBA or cosmetic industry would be preferred
 4. Strong analytical skills, strategic mind, and proactive.
 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 6. Good English with excellent leadership skills
