• Be able to manage multi outlet
• Personally oversee taste, presentations of food during operations
• Conduct training of standard recipes and control food quality
• Supervising all Kitchen operations, PAR stock control, cost control, FIFO
• Monitor sanitation practices and ensure that kitchen safety standards are followed
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Hire, train, coaching and supervise kitchen staff and other food preparation workers
• To liaise with staff in direct support and cooperation with EVP
• Ensure all company standards are adhered and followed on a day to day basis
• Rectify arising problems or complaints

1. Thai or Foreigner 2. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills, supervise +/- 150s staff in kitchen team 3. Able to communicate in English 4. Diploma or Culinary Certificate 5. At least 3 years of experience in Executive Chef – Area Manager 6. Experience in Western Cuisine 7. Culinary Training 8. Computer literate
