Obtaining and retrieving client information by answering telephone calls; taking inquiries from clients; verifying information, and generating customer's satisfaction.
Determining eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establishing and informing policies, product and service by entering client information in the tools.
Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintaining communication with customers to assuring that their requirements are solved.
Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updating job knowledge by studying new product and service descriptions; participating in educational opportunities in KB. (Knowledge Base)

1. Verbal Communication, Phone Skill, Typing Skill, Listening Skill, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus,Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking 2. Male/Female (Male must be exempt from military service for Thai Nationality Only) 3. Age 20-35, strong physical body with no pestilences. (Serious communicable disease) 4. Bachelor degree in any fields. Graduated from airline business, hotel and tourism is advantage. 5. Experiencing in call center is advantage but not necessary. 6. Basic Computer Literacy Ms.office is preferable. 7. 5,000 baht allowance for those who gain the toeic score up to 550. Except Lanluang branch not less than 650+ 8. Soft Skill Training Session provided before going online on the floor. 9. Time flexibility with shifting schedule. (5 days working with 2 days off / week)
