ลักษณะงาน
1. Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals ( 15% closing or set Gross Volume) set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
2. Maintains a regular pattern of products sales and customer meeting with principals of target market
3. Organizes the sales area to be always in highly standard with excellence conditions
4. Prepares all sales kits ( Brochures , Computer, purchasing form and relevant papers) and always check these mentioned materials are ready
5. Conducts product / accommodation package presentation and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections
6. Implements direction from superior
7. Prepares the necessary papers for newly joined members
8. Fills in the common information about newly-joined members and pass it to member service department
9. Welcomes call for first contact service and educate the newly-joined members about service and reservation procedures for their future requests
10. Performs on other task according to superior assignment
11. Salary 15000-18000 / month + Commission 5000-15000 baht
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree or higher of Business Administration or related filed 2. At least 1-2 years experience in hotel/accommodation/real estate industry 3. Communication: Excellent in English Communication, other languages would be advantage 4. Computer Office: Open Office, Microsoft Office, and other would be advantage 5. Good attitude with service mind 6. Good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills
