ลักษณะงาน
• Assist and maintain all automated scheduling, tracking tape management and ATM monitoring systems and duties
• Coordinate with support staff, vendors and branches to maintain high availability for the network and computer systems relating to ATM, as well as facilitate any new installs, moves or updates
• Assist branch staff with replenishments, troubleshooting hardware/software terminal issues and resolving ATM outages
• Notify appropriate staff and vendors of any ATMs breakdown events
• Provide support to technicians in the field having issues bringing any ATM back to a live state
• Perform duties as required to support Business Recovery preparation when includes testing and execution

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems or related area 2. 1 - 3 years of ATM operations and monitoring experience 3. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office products 4. Possess basic knowledge of computer systems, ATM networks, database software and Internet software
