- Work closely with related team to identify the impact of new product launches, projects or technology changes which related to Customer Services Center
- Get involved in the early life of new product development to ensure smooth introduction of new products and ongoing incident handling process
- Define business process flow and support continual improvement
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration ,Computer Science , Engineering or related field 2. Minimum of 1-2 years business process analysis or any related experience 3. Strong negotiation and analytical skills 4. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and communicate effectively 5. Proficient knowledge of Computer skill e.g. MS-Office (Visio) and Project Management
