• Understand and analyze the key migration opportunities from customer’s behavior
• Define network coverage with statistic data to optimize number of physical touch point ranges from branch, machine and platform
• Review and propose the number of effective capacity workforce regularly
• Identify target metrics and key indicator for measuring and high lightly outcome
• Post-implementation review on regular basis to ensure benefit realization and identify potential area for continuous improvement
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree or MBA in relevant fields including Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information System, Statistics or other related field 2. At least 10 years of experience in Business Improvement Process, Project Management, Business Continuity Planning and management or other related areas 3. Well experienced in Branch Operations, Process Design, Change Management and Process Improvement concept and procedures 4. Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills with service mind, persistency and self-motivated 5. Good command of written and spoken English 6. Strong presentation, and communication skills
