• Develop channel strategy as well as align concept and development plan for short to medium term bank direction
• Monitor, evaluate latest trends in branch design and digitalization at worldclass level with the objective to make recommendations on branch transformation elements
• Competitor analysis and benchmarking in technology and services
• Engage in customer’s survey and obtain quality reviews for constructive feedback to assist in customer’s experience enhancement
• Build agility environment to support the execution of initiatives
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree or MBA in relevant fields including Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information System, Statistics or other related field 2. At least 10 years of experience in Business Improvement Process, Project Management, Business Continuity Planning and management or other related areas 3. Well experienced in Branch Operations, Process Design, Change Management and Process Improvement concept and procedures 4. Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills with service minded, persistency and self-motivated 5. Good command of written and spoken English 6. Strong presentation, and communication skills
