ลักษณะงาน
• Ensure operational performance by assisting in driving incident, issue and outage management, investigation and restoration
• Monitor system and trends, prevents occurrence of incidents, problems and errors
• Assist in scheduling, tracking and facilitating acceptance of changes and operate Technology production / test services in accordance with service level agreement
• Support any operations to ensure production/ test systems and devices are online and available 7x24x365
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, in IT, computer science, computer engineering, Information technology and Business Administration or equivalent 2. Minimum of 12 years’ experience, including at least 5 years’ experience managing team 3. Ability to develop strong relationships and a self-starter, proactive, team player, and result oriented 4. Excellence written and verbal communication skills both in English and Thai 5. Good personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
