In this role, you will champion the Bank's customer centric-based sales culture to build and expand customer relationships through the delivery of high quality sales and service. With a focus on insurance planning for your customers, you must demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' financial needs through a insurance planning process. It is also necessary that you perform as an individual and as part of a team.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related fields 2. 1 - 2 years’ experience as insurance agent, relationship manager, corporate finance, funding, or branch staff. And experience of financial advisory experience in insurance and/or wealth management products 3. Have significant portfolio management skills within banking industry 4. Customer service oriented with good financial advisory, marketing and negotiation skills 5. Familiar with local rules, guidelines and regulations of banking services 6. Possess sound interpersonal, communication, advisory, organizational and management skills 7. Possess research abilities and the capacity for abstract and imaginative thought 8. Must possess Insurance license (LIB, NIB) / Able to work under pressure and tight deadline 9. Single license and/or Investment Consultant (IC) license is preferable
